Online Directory

We recently completed a pictorial directory. We are pleased to offer a digital version of the directory through our church database. If you wold like to utilize the digital directory, please follow the instructions below to gain access on your computer and/or smart phone.

1. Download the free ChurchLife app to your phone. The username and password will be the same as you have for AccessACS.
2. If you don't already have a login for AccessACS, to to https://secure.accessacs.com/access/memberlogin.aspx?sn=90394.
3. At the bottom of this page is a link to create a new login.
4. When prompted, type in your email address and name; then click FIND ME and follow the instructions to create an account.
5. You will have to actually log in to AccessACS at least one time before the login that you create will work to open the ChurchLife app.
6. Once in the ChurchLife app, find the person you are looking for. Along with their picture, you will be able to view a person's contact information as well as see who is in their immediate family.
7. If you need to update your own contact information or if you didn't have your picture taken and would like to upload one, this can't be done through the ChurchLife app. You will have to do that while logged into AccessACS by clicking "edit" on whatever section you want to change. Any updates submitted in AccessACS will also be made in the ChurchLife app.

4. Once into AccessACS, use the tab at the top labeled Directories and search for who you are looking for. You will be able to view the person's contact information as well as see who is in their immediate family.
5. If you need to update your own contact information or if you didn't have your picture taken and would like to upload one, you can do that through AccessACS by clicking "edit" on whatever section you want to change. Any updates submitted in AccessACS will also be made in the ChurchLife app that people use to view on their phone.

If you prefer to limit the information that people are able to view, you will need to do that through AccessACS.

1. Log into AccessACS
2. On the HOME tab, choose 'My Account'
3. Choose the 'My Preferences' tab
4. Uncheck those that you don't want to be viewable.
